    原因：之前的开发写 【添加其它费用】 功能时 form表单把整个页面包含进去了，回车时触发了表单提交事件，然后提交的参数【txtOrderFeeOther】没有做为空字符串判断，所以直接报错

    解决方案：1. form表单 区域调整到【添加其它费用】功能范围，回车便不会触发表单提交

    2.表单提交的参数【txtOrderFeeOther】做为空字符串判断

  4. 2022-04-11 15:03:19, 由 林鸿贵 关闭。
    修改了 Bug状态 ，旧值为 "resolved"，新值为 "closed"。
    修改了 指派给 ，旧值为 "linhonggui"，新值为 "closed"。
    修改了 由谁关闭，旧值为 ""，新值为 "linhonggui"。
    修改了 关闭日期，旧值为 ""，新值为 "2022-04-11 15:03:19"。
