调整： 

经过调研发现缺少condition-note 字段，

所以需要添加 condition-note 字段，重新上传处理。默认这个为空值。

原设计：业务用AU站提交所有SKU 失败, 提交成功，并盛批次号，但和销售复核后台确没有这个批次号。

需求：
