目前法国站点刊登时，根据站点法规要求，需要填写包装法相关信息


需求描述

1.新增数据库表存储包装法相关字段按站点+来源渠道+ProducerProductID ( string )+ProductDocumentationID ( string )+ProductPackageID( string )+ShipmentPackageID ( string )

2.法国站点刊登listing接口/修改listing接口，增加Item .ExtendedProducerResponsibility入参，类型有

ProducerProductID（生产商产品 ID） ( string )
ProductDocumentationID （产品文件 ID）( string )
ProductPackageID （产品包装 ID）( string )
ShipmentPackageID （运输包装 ID）( string )
a.刊登法国站点listing时判断数据库对应站点来源渠道的包装法类型是否有值，若有值则将该字段上传，无值则该字段不上传

b.初始化需修改所有直发账号法国站点在线的listing，增加数据库存储的包装法

c.包装法信息需业务提供，导入到数据库即可
