任务描述

任务背景：

凤凰计划队列，自动刊登队列未完成日志信息迁移，需要跟进完成

相关需求：16123 IMS：listing管理页面操作日志增加系统处理数据

任务内容：

1.归档10.27日之前的队列表，凤凰计划队列表的数据；（当前处理时间，一个月以前的数据）
2.开启从11.20 之后的队列数据合并日志到Listing表（当前处理时间往前推7天开始算）
3.监控2跑的是否正常，若不能正常跑，打日志跟进调度任务逻辑流程：

调度系统MQ 模式工作逻辑流程：
1.调度任务向配置的MQ消息队列 :exchange.queue 发送生产消息；
2.调度任务消费端消费 MQ:exchange.queue 的消息 + 调用配置的***.Execute()方法，开始执行业务逻辑；
3.执行业务逻辑完成；
4.调度任务执行完成。
