需求背景：亚马逊尺寸和重量相关字段，在某些模版中非必填，但是不填会报错，需要修改逻辑
需求实现：
1.调整尺寸重量默认必填逻辑，去除原有的尺寸重量必填数据，改成以下数据，逻辑为模版中存在就必填
2.注意尺寸和重量的单位转换
