一、称重发货 --运费计算服务    费用分摊（封 装接口 性能问题）

调整时需要把原来添加到表记录的数据代码段去掉。

二、打回称重     费用清空 （封装接口）

三、物流商对账-确定批次 回写费用  
四、物流商对账-冲账回写  回写费用

五、发货后修改运费    写入费用
