限制每位买家只能兑换一次：否（买家可兑换多次）

注意：
1、所有独立账号日本站点的店铺的feedback评分要求：3.5分以上或则无评论。
2、优惠券需要在5.24号或5.24号之前就要提交到亚马逊后台，否则超过提交时间则无效。
3、SQL筛选出来的店铺，需要过滤掉实验的账号
4、每个店铺根据【平台&站点首单时间】降序，每个店铺每天发1000个，发到5.24号，停止发送。
